I tried my hand at mold making this week. 😍 Made some jar molds for @henkelmade and a skull mold for myself. 😍

One jar mold was made with @techarooz_pigments using a platinum cure. The other mold was not platinum and was easier to get the jar out without cutting the side.

Map of the "Kingdom of the Turquoise Butterfly"

I wanted to try painting the lines after cured with colored paint pen I tried black before and it did come off but this Aquamarine UCHIDA Marvy Deco paint pen did

Same method as before dropped alcohol ink drops starting from the center Ash Stone and Snow on the edge and poured high and fast so the turquoise mixture epoxy jostled the ink and chase around the indentations of the wings

And on the back is just Ash swirled around a layer of clear

This took 4 turns in the pressure pot that's the most for a dogtag usually just 2 or 3

And the mixture is a new combo of turquoise mica and Sapphire alcohol ink
(I'm trying to go thru some combos with the turquoise and some of my pixiss alcohol ink box of 25 colors )

Dropped a layer of turquoise green Then two drops of Sapphire and more turquoise and let it settle and then heatgunned it to stir it around the next day small layer with the flowers the next time domed last day made a tiny stand out of another mica bottle and floodcoated and pressure potted it after each pour

I wanted to make a back of the pendant pattern but wasn't sure if it would be the same if I filled up the mold entirely wirh one color or if i added more drops would I over do it, so I just made the same background amount and just picked these flowers because they were left from my current bigger projects I'm working on

I like this side more the flower layout on the otherside could look better if it was just one of them 😄

Dropped 6 dots of snow poured high chasing the dots like normal then added more turquoise throughout and dropped just one more dot of snow alcohol ink then pressure potted it the next pour I added flowers and a layer of clear epoxy pressure potted it again and the next time added a thin top coat 👍🏻

I feel like the 7 dots of ink was too much in that pattern maybe just 3 in the bottom layer and 2 in the next layer enchilada it 🤔

The backside is just coloring background for the window cling one under the flowers

I tried to match the turquoise green to the size of the hummingbird and the blue I wasn't sure which is better a background "dusting" for everything and a clear wide border or just the window cling

I used 2 mica powders powder turquoise green and Blue/Blue-cyan for background
