Refunds and Returns Policy
At Techarooz by Wholesale Tech Pty Ltd, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy, subject to the following terms and conditions.
Returns Eligibility
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The item must not have been opened or tampered with.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Restocking Fees
If the item is returned after the 30-day window but within 60 days, we may charge up to a 15% restocking fee to cover handling costs and return processing fees.

Return Process

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us and we will assist you with the process. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, we’ll gladly help facilitate the exchange.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during the purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate for the refund amount.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
For high-value items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Shipping Delays and Shipping Partners
Please note that shipping times may vary, especially during peak shopping seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, and Easter). During these times, expect slight delays due to high demand from courier partners. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend placing your orders well in advance.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to customers within the USA. Orders placed outside of the USA will be canceled. If you are located in Australia, the UK, or Germany, please visit our local Amazon stores to purchase our products.
